We’re Irina and Justin McKay, a husband-and-wife team with a passion for real estate and a heart for our community. Together with our two daughters, Grace and Kate, we are proud to call the Sarasota-Manatee area home.

Our Story

Irina’s Journey

Born in Estonia and raised in Chicago, Irina comes from a family of Ukrainian religious refugees. Her parents’ values of faith, resilience, and hard work deeply influenced her life and career. Since 2004, Irina has built a successful career in real estate, serving families and investors in Sarasota and Manatee counties with professionalism and integrity.

Justin’s Journey

Justin grew up in Las Vegas and has lived all over the country, gaining diverse experiences that shaped his entrepreneurial spirit. He began his real estate career as an investor in South Georgia before bringing his expertise to Florida in 2015. His dedication to helping others achieve their real estate goals has made him a trusted partner for clients across the region.
